Join the dynamic team at Just Call Me Shirley, a female-led, fast-growing ready-to-drink canned Shirley Temple cocktail brand with a bold, retro vibe. Inspired by the iconic Shirley Temple, our RTD 5% canned cocktails & NA collection elevates a classic experience to a new level of refinement. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our brand’s reach and visibility in the St. Louis area. This role is perfect for someone who loves the beverage and entertainment industries, isn’t afraid to hustle, and wants to be part of something fresh and fun– with perks!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and distribution growth throughout your assigned territory.

  • Aggressively pursue new accounts and nurture relationships with current clients.

  • Be the face of JCMS, communicating account activity to local distributor partners and internal teams.

  • Educate and support distributor representatives to maximize brand awareness.

  • Plan and manage your time effectively to hit sales targets.

What Shirley Success Looks Like:

  • Achieve strong sales growth and increase points of distribution within your market.

  • Secure new accounts and ensure reorders.

  • Collaborate with distributors through ride-alongs and account visits.

  • Execute key account samplings and support events.

A Day in the Life at JCMS:

  • Non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet with key buyers and decision-makers.

  • Four to five days a week spent in the field meeting clients, with one day dedicated to admin and planning.

  • Regular calls to retail buyers, key account managers, and distributor follow-ups.

Compensation & Growth:

This is a full-time hourly position with room for growth as JCMS expands. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us!

  • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses and opportunities

  • Benefits: Employee discount, mileage reimbursement, paid training

  • Location: St. Louis-based candidates only.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Passionate, creative, self-motivated, and confident.

  • A great communicator, whether it’s chatting with bartenders, distributors, or leading samplings.

  • Sales experience preferred, especially in the beverage industry.

  • Event management or promotional background is a plus.

  • Sound financial skills and experience managing a budget.

  • Must be over 21 and able to work in the St. Louis market.
